The Annual Meeting for Mosaic, when we elect homeowners to serve on the Board of Directors will be held on October 27, 2026. This year, we will have three Board seats up for election. Board seats are for a two-year term.  

 

California law permits members of the Association to nominate themselves for a position on the Board of Directors.  The procedure to nominate yourself as a candidate for the Board of Directors is to return the completed Call for Candidates Form to Homeowner Association Services so that it is received by 5:00 PM on October 26, 2026. Notice of receipt and notice of nominee qualification will be provided within 7 days of receipt of your candidate statement; nominees are responsible for confirming submission by the deadline. If you do not receive notice of receipt, please reach out to HOA Services to confirm before the deadline.

 

If, at the close of the time period for making nominations, there are the same number or fewer qualified candidates as there are Board positions to be filled, then the Board of Directors may, after voting to do so, seat the qualified candidates by acclamation without balloting.
