Satellite Dish Application and PolicyPrior to beginning any work on your home, including painting, replacing windows or doors, installing a new garage door, changing the landscaping or hardscape in your front or back yard or the installation of a satellite dish, you must submit an Architectural Application to the management office (email your application and plans to the Liaison (cheryl@hoaservices.net)).
Architectural ApplicationThe Architectural Committee will review your application and respond back within 60 days. The more complete and professional your submission is, the more likely it is to be reviewed and approved on the first time. Along with your architectural application, plans and $750 Construction Security Deposit, please be sure to submit a plant list, drainage and irrigation information, dimensions of all improvements, and elevation views of any structures that exceed 3 feet in height. Your plans will not be considered complete and will not be reviewed until all the necessary items have been received.
