Water Efficient Planting

With the current drought we are all facing, many homeowners have asked us for a list of California native or drought friendly. We are happy to have compiled the attached list of trees, plants, shrubs and ground cover that are all well suited for our climate. Please note that this is not a list of plants approved for Mosaic and the list is not considered an "approved plant list". Trees may be included on the list that do not comply with our standards. Any changes to your front yard landscaping still require approval of the Architectural Committee.
